My Name is Briana and I Love to Bake.
I graduated from the University of MN with my master’s degree in elementary education. Since then, I have been teaching kindergarten and first grade. Combining my passions, teaching and baking, is my biggest hobby. I believe everything can be learned through food. Baked goods make it possible to travel through time and travel the world all at once. When it comes to food and taste, children tell it like it is. The biggest test for me was when my twin sister was diagnosed with celiac disease. As I am the baker in my family and community, I was on a mission to make baked goods that really do taste like gluten.
